Here we are the beginning of a new year, new hopes, new goals and new expectations. Many of us feel this year has much potential to offer.
The TEAM has so far brought in 3 new listings, we negotiated 2 offers and had 1 closing in Wilton. Within the next few days will have another listing in the beach area of Fairfield. We are up beat about the coming year and very optimistic about Ken DelVecchio and Associates.
Nannette just ran the first office meeting of the year, and what a great meeting it was. Our own office statistics were released and out of 22 RE/MAX agents in Westport Connecticut Ken DelVecchio was #2 and Nannette Fatigate was #3!
We are off to a great start but we want to wish all our friends and clients the Best year ever.
